DPM Shrestha leaving for Iran today

Kathmandu, June 22: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs Narayan Kaji Shrestha is leaving for the Islamic Republic of Iran on Saturday, leading a Nepali delegation to the 19th  Meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Member States of the Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) scheduled to be held in Tehran on June 24.

According to a press statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Friday,  Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs  Shrestha is scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with the Foreign Ministers of the ACD Member States on the sidelines of the Meeting Preceding the Ministerial Meeting, Gyan Bahadur Magar, Joint Secretary at the Regional Organisations Division of the Ministry will attend the ACD Senior Officials Meeting on Sunday (June 23), read the statement. Deputy Prime Minister Shrestha will return to Kathmandu on June 26 June.
