By Dharbendra Jha, Dhanusha, July 9: Chief Minister of Madhes Province Satish Kumar Singh has viewed that all three tiers of government should work to address livelihood related problems of the differently able people.
CM Singh said so while inaugurating the disability, climate change and livelihood conference -2082 organised by Life Nepal in support from Australian Aid and CBM Global here in Janakpurdham.
He
viewed that providing training as per their capacity and need to the
differently able can make their livelihood easy and said that the provincial
government was working on this.
Manoj
Sah, Mayor of Janakpurdham sub-metropolitan City, expressed commitment that the
sub-metropolis was ready to implement and ensure the rights of the differently
able people.
Surait Thakur, chairperson of Life Nepal, and
Kiran Paswan, chairperson of Madhes province of federation of the disable. Puja
Sharma, programme coordinator of Life Nepal, said that a seven-point
declaration was also issued following the programme.
