Three students go missing from school in Kohalpur

By Siraj Khan, Nepalgunj, July 9: Three students of Kohalpur Bageshwari English Medium School at Kohalpur Municipality - 3, Banke have been missing since they from school.

Area Police Office Kohalpur's Chief Deputy Superintendent of Police, Laxmi Khanal, said that the information of Grade 8's 15-year-old Niraj Thapa, 13-year-old Pawan Nath Yogi and 12-year-old Robindra Khadka had not been in contact since July 6 Sunday) Afternoon, from school, has been received.

She also informed that it has been suspected that missing students had reached India from the information received by schools, other students and family members, and police had started a search operation just after receiving information.

"It has been identified that out of three students, the Indian SIM card is being active in one's mobile, and the other two students' Facebook accounts are found to be active,  DSP Khanal said. 

According to School Principal Bishnu KC, students were at School till Sunday afternoon and went out of school around 4:30 PM. 

He also claimed that missing students' friends had informed them that they had heard they were planning to flee for a long time. 

Area Police Office Kohalpur informed that necessary coordination has been made with Indian agencies to find out the status of the missing students.
