JSP MPs, local level members' verification begins

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May 7: The Election Commission has started the verification process of the members of the Province Assembly and people’s representatives of local levels elected from Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP), Nepal.    

EC started the verification process of MP and people’s representatives to authenticate the newly formed party Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) formed after the split from Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP), Nepal. EC published a notice on Tuesday in this regard.

The member of the Province Assembly needs to be physically present before the returning officer of Province of the Province Election Office with the original elected certificate and citizenship, similarly, elected members of local bodies need to be physically present in front of the returning officer of District Election Office with original elected certificate and citizenship, till May 26 for verification.
