Two died, three injured in Terhathum tipper accident

By Kabi Raj Ghimire, Hile, Jan 18: Two persons died and three sustained injury when a tipper met with an accident in Kade, Laligurans Municipality-9, Terhathum district, on Wednesday night. 

A 23-year-old Sugam Chaudhary of Mechi Municipality, Jhapa, and 24-year-old Sadhu Shrestha from Sindhupalchowk died in an accident while three other passengers got injured in a fatal accident. 

The injured have been identified as Dinesh Tamang, aged 40, from Madi Municipality-4, Sankhuwasabha District, and Samir Chaudhary, aged 21, from Jhapa and Bishnu Thami, age not ascertained. 

According to the District Police Office, Terhathum, Thami is in critical condition and has been referred to B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences (BPKIHS), Dharan, for further treatment. The other two injured are receiving treatment at the Basantapur Hospital. 

Tipper with a registration number (1Kha 5829) heading towards Lasune Bazar from Kade lying Myanglung-Basantapur road section,  got into a fatal accident on Wednesday night.
