Legal provision soon to transform diesel/petrol vehicle into EV
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, April 5: The government has decided to arrange necessary legal provision for transforming diesel and petrol vehicles into electric vehicles (EV).
The meeting of the Council of Ministers held on
Sunday took a decision to this effect.
"The Cabinet meeting has decided to make
arrangement of necessary legal provision for changing diesel/petrol vehicles
into electric vehicles," informed Sasmit Pokhrel, the government spokesperson
and Minister for Education and Science and Technology, Youths and Sports.
Similarly, the government has decided to commence
the new school year from Baishakh 15 (April 28) from this year.
