Nepal giving new message related to humanity: PM Prachanda

Kathmandu, Dec 16: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has argued that Nepal would give a new message related to humanity to the international community.     

Inaugurating the main office of a charity, Manav Sewa Ashram, at Hetauda today, PM Prachanda stressed that Nepal could be renowned in international community from the message of humanity.     

"Nepal, which has given the message of peace in the world, can give a new message of humanity. It is possible from constant efforts of persons devoted in humanitarian cause", he mentioned.     

Stating that no deed is pious than humanity, the PM urged all Nepalis to engage in humanitarian services. He requested the federation, provinces and local levels to actively involve in campaign of humane service, appealing to support the social organisations and individuals working tirelessly in the field of benevolence.     

PM Prachanda reminded that the constitution promulgated from the Constituent Assembly had historically made the common people sovereign. He thanked the charity for its altruistic services, adding it has provided huge support in course of implementing fundamental rights.     

According to him, the government was ready to provide financial support to Rs 10,000 helpless people and make arrangement of vehicles to rescue such people from streets.(RSS)
