Gandaki, Dec 8: CPN (UML) Chair and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has spoken the need of the 'UML leadership' in the country to, what he said, meet the aspirations of the nation and citizens.
In a discussion programme held in Pokhara today under the party ''Jhulaghat- Chiwabhanjyang Resolution Journey for Prosperity," the leader said only the UML leadership is capable for addressing the national aspiration for 'prosperous Nepal, happy Nepali'.
He also took time to share about the party's 'goal' of securing a single majority in the upcoming elections, adding that as an experienced party, the UML would continue to play a role of a 'strong' opposition.
"We should be more aware, conscious, organised and proactive to lead the country towards a right direction. The Resolution Tour aims to build a deeper connections with the people, to understand their concerns and take proactive measures to address them."
He stressed the need of creating ample job opportunities in the country and promoting entrepreneurship as essential steps towards national development. (RSS)
