Heavy snowfall in Humla

witnessed a snowfall since Monday morning. Though the weather was clear throughout
the night, snowfall is being witnessed since the morning.
Snowfall is observed in most parts of the district. The
temperature has dropped to 3.9 degrees in Humla following the snowfall.
Snowfall has affected life in Humla along with this animals
have suffered as well.
Flights are halted because of heavy fog. But, farmers have become ecstatic as it is time for wheat and millet cultivation.
