Dang, April 23: Locals have been in a queue in front of the Himalayan Bank Limited of Dharna, Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City-5, since early morning to secure social allowance.
Senior citizens and people with disabilities have been facing hassle in queues for long hours due to a lack of management.
