Malika Mahat looks distressed in first poster of Sati Devi

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Nov. 28: The first look poster of the film ‘Sati Devi’ was recently released.  In the film written, produced, and directed by Laxman Subedi, actress Malika Mahat is depicted in a distressing situation. 

She is seen fleeing with a garland of shoes around her neck and her face smeared with black.  

Director Subedi, who also penned the script and lyrics, collaborated with Dilasa Creations and Golden State Movie Makers LLC California for production.

 Notably, child actors Harshika Oli and Manjila Baniya have played important roles alongside lead actress Malika.

The film features a cast including Kuldeep Adhikari, Srijana Adhikari, Sandipbabu Lohani, Ramesh Budhathoki, Bhola Sapkota, Sujita Shiwakoti, Sandesh Limbu, Manisha Sapkota, Bimal Shrestha and Ishwari Singh.

Cinematography is handled by Babu Shrestha, while Tara Thapa (Kimbhe) took charge of editing.

 The release date of the film has not been fixed yet.
