Nepalgunj Marathon underway
Ranjha (Banke), Nov 25: The 9th edition of Nepalgunj Marathon has started.
Nepalgunj Marathon connects the historic city of Nepalgunj with the emerging city of Kohalpur. A total of 30 athletes are taking part in the marathon, according to founder of the organiser, Creative Hands, TS Thakuri.
The winner of Nepalgunj Marathon will win a cash prize of 200,000 rupees while the second and third get 100,000 and 50,000 rupees respectively.
Along with the marathon, a half marathon, school-level female-male 10 km and 5 km race, wheelchair race and 'kids run' are also being held. (RSS)
