Ward chair Bista passes away
Bajura, April 23: The Chairman of Khaptad Chhededaha Rural Municipality-6 in Bajura district, Harka Bahadur Bista, passed away last night. He was 50. Ward Chairman Bista died of cancer, the rural municipality's vice chairperson Bisudevi Nath said. Bista was elected the ward chairman from the Nepali Congress (NC) in the local level elections held in 2079 BS. The rural municipality is mourning the demise of Bista by giving a public holiday today and flying the flag at half-mast for the same.(RSS)
