Leader Oli urges for rescue and treatment of injured

Kathmandu, Nov 4: Chairperson of CPN (UML) KP Sharma Oli has requested everyone to work for the search, rescue and treatment of those injured in last night's earthquake.

Taking to his social media account, leader Oli has noted that there is a great need for rescue work and medical workers who can provide immediate treatment to the injured. "It is time for those outside the earthquake-affected areas to help and for those there to be patient and careful," he has said.

An earthquake of magnitude 6.4 occurred at 11:47 pm on Friday, with its epicentre in Ramidanda in Barekot Rural Municipality-1 of Jajarkot. (RSS)
