US senator Hollen arrives in Kathmandu

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Sept. 1: US senator Chris
Van Hollen, a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and
Appropriations Subcommittee on State and Foreign Operations, has arrived in
Kathmandu.
During his visit, he will connect with government officials,
youth leaders, parliamentarians, and entrepreneurs to further strengthen
political and commercial ties between the U.S. and Nepal and highlight U.S.
support for Nepal's health sector and infrastructure, according to information
provided in its Facebook page by the US embassy in Nepal.
