5 books shortlisted for Madan Puraskar

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Aug. 10: The list of the best five books nominated for Madan Puraskar-2023 has been made public. 

 Releasing a press statement, Madan Puraskar Guthi announced the list of five books selected for this year’s award on Wednesday.

According to Kunda Dixit, President of Guthi, five masterpieces have been selected out of 313 works received. One of the five books will be presented the Madan Puraskar-2023, he said.

According to Madan Puraskar Guthi, the selected five books are: Subin Bhattarai's ‘Ijoriya’, Bibek Ojha's ‘Aaithan’,  Dwarikanath Dhungel’s ‘Chakravyuhma Nepalko Jalasort’,  Pragati Rai's ‘Thangra’, and Sanjay Bishta's ‘Matako Ghar’.
