Teachers' federation members call on Prime Minister

Kathmandu, June 13 : Nepal Teachers' Federation members called on Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' at the latter's office in Singha Durbar on Tuesday.     

General Secretary of the Nepal Teachers Association, Laxmi Kishore Subedi, shared that the meeting was held in relation to the ongoing efforts to get the Federal Education Act into being as soon as possible. On the occasion, Prime Minister Dahal said that he would take initiatives to increase the facilities of the school staffers.     

President of the Federation Kamala Tuladhar, President of Nepal Teachers Association Somnath Giri, President of Nepal National Teachers Association Bishnu Bhandari, President of Unified All Nepal Teachers Association Shankar Adhikari and others were present in the meeting. (RSS)
