Muna Rijal representing Nepal at Miss Heritage Global

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, May 26: Muna Rijal, winner of Miss Heritage Global Nepal 2023, will represent Nepal in the grand finale of Miss Heritage Global, scheduled to take place in South Africa on September 23.

The 27-year-old Rijal, hailing from Bharatpur, Chitwan, earned her crown during the national pageant held on May 18.

To showcase Nepal's rich heritage, Rijal will present a 5-minute introductory video, highlighting the country's art, culture, heritage, and beauty among participants from 55 nations worldwide.

Uddhav Adhikari, National Director of Miss Heritage Global Nepal, expressed immense pride in Muna's opportunity to represent Nepal on the 

international stage. 

“It is hoped that Muna will seize this opportunity to introduce Nepal to the global audience, ultimately playing a significant role in promoting Nepal's tourism industry,” he said. 

Rijal pursued her higher education at Rajiv Gandhi University in Bangalore, India, and has also been practicing modeling.

She has been preparing herself through various types of training to stand strong in the grand finale of the international competition.

Miss Heritage Global Nepal International Beauty Pageant is a franchise pageant of Miss Heritage Global, which aims to contribute to the empowerment of women by providing a platform for young women to showcase their talent, knowledge and beauty while supporting the preservation of Nepal's cultural diversity and heritage.
