One died in tractor accident in Pyuthan

By Sujal Shrestha, Pyuthan, May 25: One person died in a tractor accident in Khung, Gaumukhi Rural Municipality-5, Pyuthan district.

According to the police, 22-year-old Suman Hamal, a tractor driver got injured in an accident on Wednesday night and was admitted to the hospital. He breathed his last amid treatment in the Pyuthan District Hospital in Bijuwar.

A tractor with a registration number (Lu 4 Ta 1125) heading toward Thulabesi from Salibisauna, went out of control and got into an accident and veered off 20 meters down the road.

Co-driver, Suraj Malla, from Thulabesi, Gaumukhi Rural Municipality-5, was injured in the accident. He was transferred to Butwal Hospital after receiving initial treatment in the district hospital.
