Challenge incurred due to rising fiscal expenditure: Governor Adhikari
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, April 27: Nepal Rastra Bank Governor Maha Prasad Adhikari stated that weak revenue mobilization and rising fiscal expenditure has created a challenge government fiscial management.
Speaking at 68the anniversary of Nepal Rastra Bank Adhikari said that government revenue has got decreased due to a decline in imports.
He said that inflation has been declining.
He also informed that recovering the lent amount has been becoming challenge. Meanwhile he said that balance of payment and foreing currency reserve has been imporving since October 2022.
