113 new cases in 24 hours, active cases stand at 362

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, April 24: As many as 113 new cases (RT-PCR and antigen tests combined) of COVID-19 have been confirmed on Monday while 72 people recovered from the disease.

In 766 Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) tests done in the past 24 hours, 64 people were found infected with SARS-CoV-2, informed the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) in its regular update on Monday. Whereas, 49 positive cases were found in 1,044 Antigen tests in the last 24 hours. 

Currently, there are 362 active cases of COVID-19 across the nation.

So far, 12,027 people have lost their lives due to COVID-19 in Nepal.
