Sankhuwasabha to host Koshi Province Level Badminton

Kimathanka, April 19 : Koshi province level men's badminton tournament is be held at Khandbari, the headquarters of Sankhuwasabha.    

The tournament is being organised with the aim of promoting tourism in the district through the medium of sports, said chair of Tin Pokhari Social Development Club, Minesh Chapagain. The tournament is taking place from coming April 28 to 30.    

 The winner of the competition will be awarded a medal and certificate, along with a cash prize of Rs 50,000 while the second will win Rs 30,000 and the two teams who will finish third will be awarded a medal and certificate of Rs 10,000 each.   

 
The tournament will be held at Covered Hall located in ward no. 1 of Khandbari municipality, according to Chapagain. (RSS)
