Three Sherpas go missing while climbing Mt Everest

By Chhetu Sherpa, Kathmandu, April 12: Three Sherpas have gone missing and feared dead under avalanche while climbing Mt. Everest on Wednesday.

Lakpa Sherpa from Mt Everest Base Camp informed that Themwa Tenzing Sherpa, Lakpa Rita Sherpa and Badure Sherpa of Khumbu Pasang Rural Municipality-5 have lost their life under Khumbu Icefall avalanche.

The dead bodies could not be taken out yet despite attempts being made by Simrik Airlines helicopter, informed the Lakpa  Sherpa.
