By Our Correspondent,Dhalkebar, Dec. 7: Bogoni Vision Centre, a branch of Reiyukai Eiko Masunaga Eye Hospital (REMEH), in Dhanusha has started a free e-rickshaw service for the patients visiting the eye hospital.

The hospital lies around a kilometre east-north from Dhalkebar Chowk. It costs at least Rs. 100 to reach the hospital in three-wheeler rickshaws.

“The free e-rickshaw service is to reduce economic burden of the eye patients. We believe it will be a support to them,” said Hiramani Sharma, general secretary at REMEH.

The Vision Centre was constructed in Dhalkebar, Dhanusha, spending  around Rs. 30 million received as a financial support by Dooley Intermed International.

“All treatments related to eyes are performed in the Bogoni Vision Centre by experienced ophthalmologists with the help of high-quality medical equipment,” said Sharma.

Interested patients can also contact at 041-560240 to inquire about the free e-rickshaw after arriving at Dhalkebar Chowk.
