UML's Bhattarai wins HoR election from Kaski 2

Pokhara, Nov 24: CPN (UML)'s Bidya Bhattarai was elected the House of Representatives member from Kaski constituency 2. She defeated her closest contender Rastriya Swatantra Party's Madhav Prasad Kandel by a margin of 4,503 votes. She got 16,998 votes while Kandel 12,495. Similarly, CPN (Unified Socialist)'s Shree Nath Baral received 9,659 votes. (RSS)
