By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Oct. 24: Kukur Tihar (Dog's festival), the second day of Yamapanchak, is being celebrated today by worshipping and giving sweet food to the dog.
Meanwhile, Nepal Police has celebrated Kukur Tihar by organizing a special program today.
