President to offer Dashain tika

Kathmandu, Sept 30 : President Bidya Devi Bhandari will be putting tika on interested individuals on the day of Bijaya Dashami on October 5. According to a statement from the President’s Office on Thursday, President Bhandari will be putting tika from 2-5 pm.

For an hour from 2 pm, President Bhandari will be putting tika on lawmakers, ministers, provincial chiefs, justices and high-level government officials. From 3-5 pm, President Bhandari will put tika on interested general citizens.

The interested individuals arriving at the President’s residence in Sheetal Niwas are requested to enter from Gate No. 1. The President’s Office has also requested individuals to arrive in proper attire.
