Ruling coalition agrees to forge alliance for HoR, PA elections

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Aug. 5: The ruling coalition has agreed to forge an electoral alliance in the elections of the members of the House of Representative (HoR) and Provincial Assembly (PA) slated for November 20.

A meeting held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister and NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba at the Prime Minister's Office in Baluwatar on Friday agreed to this effect. 

A joint press release signed by Prime Minister Deuba, CPN (MC) chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal, CPN (US) chair Madhav Kumar Nepal, Janata Samajwadi Party chair Upendra Yadav and Rashtriya Janamorcha chair Durga Paudel had read that meeting decided to forge an electoral alliance between the alliance parties.
