Saying that the question paper for Master's Level was
found to be repetitive in two consecutive years, she urged the government to heed
to such matters and to publish question papers for Bachelor's and Master's in
both English and Nepali languages.
Likewise, Anita Devkota, another NA member, argued that
the three tiers of government have been unable to function as defined in the
constitution.
She said that despite the inter-relationship between the
three tiers of government, they have been lagging to operate as per the
principles of cooperation, coexistence, and coordination.
Khim Lal Devkota, an NA member, expressed his ire over the
delay in constructing the 500-meter-long road stretching from Ekantakuna to
Bhaisepati in the Lalitpur district and said that the situation has given a feeling to all that there is
no government in the country.
"Questions about the said section of the road
have been raised time and again in the parliament, but nothing has happened.
The Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport needs to take the responsibility
for that," he viewed.
