Today's CC meeting of CPN (Maoist Centre) postponed

Kathmandu, July 5 : The central committee (CC) meeting of the CPN (Maoist Centre) scheduled for today has been postponed till Wednesday.

The CC meeting is taking place on Sunday.     

Party Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' was to respond to the queries raised by central committee members in today's meeting. Chair Dahal presented a 10-page political report in the CC meeting on Monday.    

A meeting of the former standing committee of the party has been called at Dahal's residence at Khumaltar to forge consensus on the issues including a selection of office-bearers.    

Chairpersons of all seven provinces and 43 central committee members put forth their views in the meeting held on Sunday and Monday. They demanded the selection of office-bearers, standing committee, and politburo. (RSS)
