Post-production of Jhinge Dau completes

By A Staff Reporter Kathmandu, June 10: Post-production work of Jhinge Dau has completed, confirmed its director Gyanendra Deuja on Thursday. 

Apart from a song A Maya Timi Bina Jivan Chaldain, all shooting of the film had completed before the COVID-19 pandemic. 

However, shooting of the remaining song also completed on Thursday. Director Deuja had been to Srikali Chaur in Lalitpur for its shooting. He had a plan to complete the shooting on Wednesday when the end-clap of the movie was held.

 However, due to rains, he could complete the shooting only on Thursday.

Deuja said that Rs. 1.5 million has been spent for the songs alone. He said he spent for filming songs of the movie without making any compromise. “They are as demanded by the story of the movie,” he added.

 Producer and director Deuja is preparing to start the promotion of the movie by releasing its song in a few days. The film is scheduled to be released in cinemas in the second week of August.

The choreography of the song is being done by Ramji Lamichhane.  Artistes including Keki Adhikari, Aanchal Sharma, Mukun Bhushal and Kushal Bista have done the film. 

Prabin Bedwal and Shanti Shree Pariyar have lent their voices in the song A Maya Timi Bina Jivan Chaldain.

The movie produced under the banner of Kapangadhi Cinema and Film Crew Nepal is based on the story of Bhim Nidhi Tiwari’s story Jhinge Dau. 

Written by Pradeep  Bharadwaj, the film has music by Arjun Pokhrel and cinematography by Bishnu Ghimire. Mitra D Gurung has edited the movie.
