Leaders of the both parties have already finalized the name of the new party that will come into being following the merger. The new party will be named Nagarik Janamat Party, it was shared.Likewise, an agreement has been almost reached on other aspects concerning the merger such as the party's flag and party leadership among others, it was told.While Janamat Party's current Chairperson CK Raut will lead the new party, the Nagarik Unmukti Party's sitting patron Resham Chaudhary would continue with the same role in the new party, it has been agreed.The new party will be co-chaired by Nagarik Unmukti Party's sitting Chairperson Ranjita Shrestha, it was shared.
