Prime Minister Sushila Karki has paid tribute to Bipin Joshi, a Nepali national who had gone to Israel for learn and earn programme as a student but died in the Hamas captivity after being kept hostage by them following the October 7, 2023 Hamas attack in Israel.
Flower prices soar dramatically in Tihar festival
Today, on the occasion of the Laxmi Puja, farmers at Gundu in the district are selling Sayapatri flowers at Rs 700 per kg, a sharp rise from Rs 300 just a week ago.
