Traffic management in Nepalgunj has been disrupted after the traffic lights installed in Nepalgunj were damaged during the Gen Z protest. The Road Division Office had installed traffic lights at Pushpalal Chowk, Dhambojhi, BP Chowk and Ganeshman Chowk in the city. Of these, BP Chowk and Ganeshman Chowk were partially operational, but regular traffic lights were operational at Pushpalal Chowk and Dhambojhi Chowk, but the traffic lights have been shut down for a long time after September 9. On the second day of the protest (September 9), the traffic lights were vandalized and damaged by pelting stones.
