Morang, Sept 3: Chairperson of the CPN (Unified Socialist), Madhav Kumar Nepal, has said talks are underway regarding unity among all the parties carrying honest leftist ideology in the country. Talking to media persons at Biratnagar airport today, Chairperson Nepal stressed that all the parties of the country carrying honest leftist ideology could be united. He expressed the view that seats would be allocated on the basis of seats won by the candidates of alliance parties in the past. Also the former Prime Minister, Nepal said going together with the coalition parties in the present situation would be fruitful for strengthening democracy and implementing federalism and good governance. He said, "Allocation of seats will be finalized soon." The CPN (Unified Socialist) clarified that there was no point in protesting the citizenship bill as the incumbent government brought it as per the citizenship-related ordinance brought by the CPN (UML) government in the past.
