By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Nov.21: Nepali Congress's candidate Prakash Man Singh is leading in the preliminary vote counting in Kathmandu-1.
So far, 3,189 votes have been counted, where, Singh received 818 votes.
Following him, Rabindra Mishra of the Rashtriya Prajatantra Party garnered 737 votes. Similarly, Pukar Bam of the National Independent Party received 528 votes, Kiran Poudel of CPN (UML) obtained 496 votes and Ramesh Kharel of Nepal Good Governance Party gained 357 votes.
