Gagan Thapa takes lead in Kathmandu-4

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Nov. 21: Nepali Congress's candidate Gagan Thapa is leading in the preliminary vote counting for the member of the House of Representatives (HoR) from Kathmandu -4.

He has received 667 votes against his nearest rival Dr Rajan Bhattarai who has obtained 594 votes till the moment.
