The Nepali Congress has won the election to the House of Representatives from Terhathum-1. Sita Gurung of the Nepali Congress received 19,702 votes.
NC's Acharya elected HoR member from Kapilvastu-2
The Nepali Congress candidate Surendra Raj Acharya has won the election to the House of Representatives from Kapilvastu constituency 2. Acharya has received 39,014 votes. Acharya's closest rival Brijesh Kumar Gupta of the CPN (UML) garnered 38,697 votes.
