Kailali self-sufficient in milk production
Commercial rearing of advanced breeds of cows and buffaloes has made Kailali district self-sufficient in milk production. The district has started to export milk to other districts, says Kabiraj Kathayat, Information Officer of the Veterinary Hospital and Animal Services Expert Center.
Relief support to flood survivors
The Koshi province government has distributed relief air to the families of those who lost their loved ones in the Irkhuwa river floods. Relief was distributed to two families who had their members killed in the flood that occurred on July 31.
