Shram Sanskriti Party's Rai elected from Bhojpur
Taksar (Bhojpur), March 8: Dhruba Raj Rai of the Shram Sanskriti Party has been elected to the House of Representatives from Bhojpur. The election office has stated that Rai received a total of 16,663 votes.
Similarly, Sherdhan Rai of CPN (UML) received 14,750 votes, Bal Krishna Thapa of Nepali Congress received 8,670 votes, Ramesh Ojha of Rastriya Swatantra Party received 6,602 votes, and Ajambar Rai Kangmang of Nepali Communist Party received 5,728 votes.
In Bhojpur, 12 candidates from 12 political parties were in the election race. Out of a total of 125,766 voters, 46.17 percent voted. Among them, 58,167 votes were counted.(RSS)
