RSP’s Paudel elected from Kaski-1

By Phadindra Adhikari, Lekhnath, March 7:Khadkaraj Paudel (Ganesh) of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has won the House of Representatives election from Kaski Constituency-1 by a wide margin, securing 39,883 votes.

His closest rival, Tilak Ranabhat of the Nepali Congress, received 11,214 votes, while Bain Bahadur Adhikari Chhetri of the CPN-UML secured 10,429 votes.

Other candidates include Rajkaji Gurung of the Nepal Communist Party, who obtained 2,479 votes, and Baburam Thapa of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party, who received 978 votes.

Paudel’s decisive victory highlights RSP’s growing influence in Kaski-1.
