RSP's Khanal elected from Kathmandu-6

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, March 6: Shishir Khanal of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has been elected to the member of the House of Representatives from Kathmandu constituency-6 with 27,719 votes.

His nearest rival Krishna Baniya of Nepali Congress got 6,647 votes while CPN (UML)'s Aman Kumar Maske got 4373, according to election officer of Kathmandu-6 Chapala Pokharel.

Similarly, Uddhavraj Bhetuwal of Rastriya Prajatantra Party got 1218 while Himal Sharma of Nepali Communist Party (NCP) got 1260 votes.
