In a message issued on the occasion of the HoR elections scheduled for March 5, VP Yadav stated that the election would further bolster national unity and mutual collaboration.

Yadav said, "I urge all the voters to cast ballots confidently without falling under anyone's pressure and influence. I also appeal to you to use your conscience while doing so."

The VP acknowledged the crucial contributions of the Election Commission, security agencies, election staffers, media persons and observers working tirelessly to ensure that the election is held in a free, fair, fearless and credible manner.

Highlighting the importance of the Election Code of Conduct, he called on the voters to abide by the code of conduct while taking part in the voting process.

Stating that the elections are the major foundation for the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, he encouraged citizens to participate in the democratic practice of choosing representatives.

"Exercising the franchise granted by the Constitution is not only a right but also a duty to build the future of the nation and its people. Your invaluable vote would help the country pave the path towards peace, good-governance, stability and prosperity," VP Yadav argued. (RSS)
