Bigul to be released on February 13

By Our Correspondent,Butwal, Jan. 24: The Nepali feature film ‘Bigul,’ which is set to be released in theatres across the country from February 13, has begun its publicity campaign from Butwal.

The publicity was launched on Thursday in Butwal by a team including producer Dinesh Koirala, director Ramesh Koirala, and actor Naren Khadka. 

In a programme organised in collaboration with Butwal Jaycees, the film’s trailer was released in the presence of Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City Mayor Khel Raj Pandey and office bearers of the Jaycees.

Producer Dinesh Koirala informed that online booking for the film will open on February 11 and 12.

Director Ramesh Koirala said that a great deal of effort has been put into the story, performances, and cinematography of the film, and that the movie speaks of a realistic story of society that can be watched by the whole family.

Mentioning that he has received immense love from the audiences of Butwal for his previous films, actor Naren Khadka said that Bigul will blow the trumpet to bring a new dimension by portraying the reality of society in the context of elections.

Produced under the banner of Magnolia Group, the film features performances by Benisha alongside Naren Khadka, Ramesh Budhathoki, Nir Shah, Saroj Khanal, Hemant Budhathoki, Shishir Wangdel, Binod Neupane, JN Ghimire, Geeta Adhikari, Meera Pandit, and Manshree Sharma, among others.
