Kathmandu, Nov 10: The Nepali national team has left for India today to play in the first Blind Women's T-20 World Cup. The World Cup is being jointly organized by India and Sri Lanka.
Bagmati Province Disabled Federation President Upendra Shrestha and National Disabled Federation Central General Secretary Sugam Bhattarai bid farewell to the members of the Nepali team, who will be participating in the tournament to begin from Tuesday.
Nepal will play its first match against Sri Lanka on Wednesday. Other teams competing in the mega event are India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Australia, the US and England. (RSS)
