Tiger wreaks terror in Makwanpurgadhi

By Rammani Dahal, Makwanpur, Nov.8: Tiger terror has spread in the Makwanpurgadhi Rural Municipality area of ​​Makwanpur district in recent days.

A tiger has eaten two goats in Naya village of Makwanpurgadhi Rural Municipality-5.

Spokesperson for the District Police Office, Makwanpur, Pushkar Bogati, said that two goats were killed by a tiger on Friday afternoon while grazing in the Badkichaur forest near the house of local Takhat Bahadur Lungaw.

A police team that went from the temporary police post in Dhading, Makwanpur, inspected the scene and found that remnants of goats looked like it have been killed/eaten by a tiger, so a bond was issued in coordination with the forest staff.

Similarly, locals said that tigers have also been sighted in the upper reaches of Solithum, Nayagaun, Lendanda, and Khaireni of Makwanpurgadhi Rural Municipality-5

Locals were terrified after a tiger killed five goats in a short time.
