By Rekhi Ram Rana, Tansen, Nov.6: Mustard, a cash crop, is blooming all over the farmer's fields in Palpa district.
The fields of farmers who sowed mustard after cultivating corn are getting ripe.
Farmers said that the rain that fell a few days ago has benefited the mustard crop.
The mustard fields planted by farmers in Rampur, Madi, Tansen, Baganaskali, Purbakhola, and Ribdikot in Palpa have now turned yellow.
Farmers in Palpa cultivate maize and mustard in fields that have less access to irrigation.

Farmers use mustard oil for cooking at home.
Farmers said that mustard has made them self-sufficient in oil.
