40 injured in Kapilvastu bus accident
By Narad Kohar, Kapilvastu, Oct 4: At least 22 passengers
have been injured when a passenger bus en route to Kathmandu from Dhangadhi side
turned at Bankasbas in Shivraj Municipality-1 along the East West Highway.
The bus with registration no Na 1 Kha 5703 collided at
about 6 this morning and that the injured are receiving at Sanjivani community
hospital in Chandrauta, according to DSP Ripendra Kumar Singh of Kapilvastu
district police office. There were 40 passengers in the bus.
