Lumbini's policies and programmes prioritize agriculture, tourism and employment

Siddharthanagar (Bhairahawa), May 25: The Lumbini Province Government has presented its annual policies and programmes for the upcoming fiscal year 2083/84 in the Provincial Assembly today, prioritising agriculture, tourism, infrastructure development, and employment promotion.     

Province Chief Krishna Bahadur Ghartimagar presented the government's annual policies and programmes to the Provincial Assembly today.     

Province Chief Ghartimagar was welcomed at the Provincial Assembly building by Chief Minister Chet Narayan Acharya, Speaker Tularam Ghartimagar, ministers and provincial assembly members.     

The government's policies and programmes include increasing agricultural production, promoting the tourism sector, constructing roads and other infrastructure, improving the quality of education and health services, and making service delivery effective through good governance.     

Furthermore, programmes that connect youth with employment and entrepreneurship have also been prioritised.(RSS)
