Nepali Congress President Deuba to visit Tanahun today

By Amarraj Naharki, Tanahun, Aug.12: President of Nepali Congress and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is scheduled to arrive in Tanahun on Tuesday.

Congress Tanahun Secretary Laxmi Bhakta Khanal said that President Deuba will come to attend the 23rd memorial service of martyr Kalyan Khanal, former regional president of Nepali Congress Tanahun, and to unveil Khanal's statue.

President Deuba will address the gathering at Bhimad Bazar in Bhimad Municipality, Tanahun. 

"The scheduled program will be organized by Congress Tanahun and managed by Congress Bhimad Municipal Committee and Shaheed Kalyan Khanal Memorial Foundation Tanahun," said Secretary Khanal.

Khanal said that all preparations for the program have been completed.
